We have worked with a number of rental agencies over the past 15 years & have found Radiant Resorts outstanding. Fall Break Perfection
604C at Beach House was magical! We loved the views from the balcony and our boys loved the easy access to both the pool and beach. Fall on the emerald coast cannot be beat and Radiant went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay!
Our first stay here will not be our last
We have been coming to Miramar Beach at least twice a year for the last several years. We have stayed in the same two units at a much larger complex near Beach House. My only complaint there was that the beach was too crowded. Because Beach House is a private beach area, it was a wonderful experience. The difference in crowd levels made our beach vacation even better. The Beach House complex is clean and well-maintained. As for Unit 604C, I thought it was awesome. The view is amazing. The decor is coastal and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and seemed to be well-maintained. We did have one issue that popped up, but it was taken care of quickly. From the time I sent my first message to David, the issue was solved within 30 minutes! We will definitely book with Radiant Properties again and Unit 604 C will be our first choice!
Excellent choice!
Perfect condo! The location was great - close to grocery, restaurants, and shops. The view from the 6th floor was amazing...some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. The condo was comfortable, clean, loved the decor! When we arrived, everything was so orderly and welcoming. After 30 years traveling to Destin/30A area, this was my favorite stay.
Great Access to the Beach
Our condo was clean and very cozy. Great access to the beach. Close to grocery and mall. It was hot as August always is but water was clearest I have ever seen it. Beach service staff was very friendly.

Our kids loved the pool and ocean, this unit was clean, comfortable and a beautiful view! We enjoyed it!

Loved going to this condo in March. Even though it’s spring break the beach was perfect! Lots of room and great ocean views. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our home away from home. Comfortable beds and balcony has amazing views of ocean and pool area. Beautiful sunsets! Loved that we walked out of the condo and straight to the sand of the beach. Made it easy to go up and down to room! Pool was nice for a dip after a beach day. We will be going back to this location and beautiful condo!
Paradise!
The minute we stepped into the condo, all our worries flew right out the window and into that gorgeous light blue ocean. Every detail has been thought of, from the art, bed linens, kitchen tools and toiletries- perfect! The location is close to everything. We especially loved the pool being right there for an afternoon dip before getting ready for dinner- perfect! A glass of wine or morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves is priceless. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back to paradise as soon as possible!

We enjoyed our stay . Condo. Decorated beautifully and very clean. All appliances … most importantly air conditioning worked extremely well . Over looks swimming pool with nice gulf view . Great dinning close by . Would recommend to friend or family . Our 2 nd time to stay in same condo . Very comfortable.
