We LOVE this unit!

This was our 4th trip here, of a week long stay in this beautiful unit in 2 years. It has everything we need, is beautiful, functional, has a great view, and is only steps to the sand. I recommend it to everyone that asks and will continue to stay here anytime the opportunity arises! Property manager is very accessible and quick to help if needed!

Spring Break

503C was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our 8 yr old kids loved all the games. The resort has everything you need for adult or kid activities. All the entry codes give you a sense of security. Also good to know that security guards patrol the parking lot, however, we came close to having our car towed because we failed to have our parking pass on the dash, so always keep it there. We didn't have it in-site and was given a warning that it would be towed later that day so we never took it off the dash after that. The Beach House is perfect for location, view, and service. Two restaurants on the beach in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and accommodating in person or by phone. This was our 2nd stay (last time in 102C) and we will definitely book again.

Spring Break

We loved staying in this condo on our Spring Break trip! It was spacious, clean, updated, and fully stocked. We loved the view from the large balcony and even got to see dolphins! The room is near the heated pool and the beach, making it so easy to visit both, even with 4 small kids in tow. It is also near multiple elevators and the parking lot, making unloading and loading up a breeze. There was a good mix of families, spring breakers and snow birds on the property and it felt very safe with lock codes to all of the amenities, as well as to the private beach. Management was very responsive and kind. The location on Miramar Beach was perfect, with shopping and restaurants walkable, and a short drive in to Destin or the opposite way down 30A. The ocean was a bit cool this time of year, but we spent lots of time on the beautiful white sand beach viewing the sunsets, building sandcastles and even did some boogie boarding. We would recommend the Beach House 503C!

Newly Renovated!

The condo has a beautiful view! The interior looked newly renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach service was a great extra that we thoroughly enjoyed. Conveniently located only a few minutes drive from all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again!
