We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House 501D. Everything that was promised in the descriptions either met or exceeded expectations. The view is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and there is a washer and dryer! We walked to Surf Hut for dinner twice which has excellent food and great beach vibe! The place was Very clean and neat! Check in was easy and David provided great communication on everything. We highly recommend 501D at the Beach House!
Love the Beach House!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Beach House condos. The first year we stayed in 503C through VRBO when it was under a different company. The location, pool, and included beach chairs are great. I searched online to find 503C was now through Radiant Resort properties, and found another unit that was available and ended up with 501D. The condo was very clean and well kept. This was our first time coming in September and the weather was great and it was definitely less crowded. Love that Surf Hut is right next to the condos as well! The only complaint I have is that the ocean front room’s bed was very squeaky and loud. I will definitely be booking through Radiant Resort properties again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a beachfront condo!
View is unmatched!
This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. The view is unmatched and we loved that we were right on the beach! The included beach chairs absolutely made our stay perfect - we could stay on the beach all day with a shady spot to rest in! We felt very well taken care of by the property security as well - they even came out to warn us to get out of the pool when a storm came close. Ample parking because they are very good at checking everyone coming in. We also enjoyed a meal at the Surf Hut, which we could walk to on the beach. We just can’t say enough about how awesome it was. We’ll definitely come back!
Wonderful winter get-away
What a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony of this property! The white sand and crystal clear water was beautiful. The condo itself was so comfortable and stocked with all the necessary kitchen essentials. And, David, the property manager, was great! We had a wonderful time and will be back again!

Perfect Escape to the Beach
We truly enjoyed our stay at Beach House 501D! The condo provided the perfect getaway for family time, rest, relaxation, sun, and fun! The condo was beach/ocean front, in a prime location, had everything needed, plus complex amenities. Waking up to views of the ocean, listening to the waves crash as you drift off to sleep, and being just a moments walk to toes in the sand and ocean water was wonderful. The location, while feeling private is a 3-10 minute beach walk (depends on which you want to go to) to restaurants and a bar, a 1 minute walk to a beach store, a 2 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, and a 7 minute drive to the nearest shopping mall (not to mention the multiple coffee and ice cream shops close by). The condo was fully stocked and provided everything needed to make you feel at home. The amenities of the complex are great – heated pool, fitness center, shuffleboard, and more. We will definitely return – Great Condo, Beautiful Water, White Sand Beaches…what more do you need in life?
Everything we wanted!
This property had everything we wanted. Located by the water, so we woke up every morning to a beautiful view. The condo was decorated with a charming beach theme. We've been vacationing in Destin for 25 years. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in.
Beautiful Condo, Ocean Front View!
We loved staying in 501D at the Beach House Condos! We loved the beach view from the balcony, and renting the bikes and paddle boards. Many restaurants are walkable making it the perfect spot to stay at. The fridge has an ice maker which is a plus and the washer/dryer works amazing! The beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We also really appreciate the two chairs and umbrella that are reserved and that the beach is private, so it is less busy.
