Great Condo
We found this condo to be updated, very comfortable, and VERY CLEAN! The view is perfect. The management (David) was prompt and responsive to a request I made. I think the cleanliness of the unit and this management group sets this unit apart from others we have stayed in before on this property. WE would definitely choose this unit and the Radiant group again.
Just as beautiful as advertised
Beach House 403C was the perfect condo for my husband and I and proved to be a great intro/first trip to Miramar Beach. We had no major issues from booking to checkout. We did learn during our stay that the free beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) included with this unit are available on a first come first served basis (not reserved by name) and ultimately that worked out for us. We do a mix of cooking and eating out and found the kitchen supplies adequate for our needs. We loved the view from the balcony. We’d definitely consider this unit again in the future.
Great week
We had a great week at beach house 403c. The condo was beautiful, the view was amazing, and you could even hear the waves from the master bedroom. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back.
Picture perfect!
The complex has undergone exterior updates and is looking good. We love the location. The beach is picture perfect. This unit looks just like the photos and is very nicely updated in lovely neutral colors and has great furniture on the patio (where we spent most of our time). The 2 double beds in the secondary bedroom worked great for our teenage boys. The unit was super clean when we checked in. Even with all that, the thing that makes this listing/VRBO stay stand out for me was the incredibly responsive and responsible property managers. I will definitely look to "rent" with this management team again in the future.
