Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay at this beach property. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying the beach and surrounding area. One of the highlights for us was the heated pool—it made our stay even more enjoyable, especially in the evenings. Everything was well maintained and made for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the Destin area.
Hidden Gem
We love Miramar Beach! This past visit we stayed at Beach House condominiums ,unit 102C. We enjoyed this ground floor unit so much. No complaints, only rave reviews! I agree with all the other great reviews posted about this unit. I also recommend David at Radiant Resort Properties. Great management. Great communication.
Wonderful!
We had the best vacation stay in this beautifully decorated condo that was SO clean. Property management is really on top of it! Absolutely wonderful to walk right out the back patio to the pool and gate entrance to the beach. Winn Dixie is right down the road- you could walk there if you had to and had very fair prices for food and water. We would love to stay in this condo again next year. By far our favorite unit! Washer & dryer look new as well as most appliances. Highly recommend to visit Boshamps for early lunch and Louisiana Lagniappe (ask to be seated outside) before sunset for dinner.
Great Location! Wonderful Amenities!
We had a fantastic visit at Miramar Beach ! The location was just what we were looking for. It is located far enough away from all the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to all the Destin attractions. The unit boasted fantastic views of the white sands and emerald waters! Convenience was key, ground level, so no hauling our things up and down an elevator. The umbrella and beach chairs were an added bonus we thoroughly enjoyed! We will return for sure!
Best beachside spot for families!
Beach House 102C is the perfect spot in Destin, especially if you have little ones! This lovely property sits beachside and is also within steps from the pool. Therefore, the convenience of accessibility to and from the beach (with kids) was a quick walk down a set of stairs to the sand. The condo was clean, cozy, and welcoming upon arrival. This ground floor unit has beautiful ocean views, where my family and I witnessed many beautiful sunsets and starry nights. There is an awesome green space in front of the patio that was perfect for our kids to run around on. The unit had several beach chairs and beach toys that came of great use to us and our children. This unit is across from Alvin's Island and a few steps to Surf Hut. The location is really great for families with kids, I cannot stress this enough. I highly recommend Beach House 102C to anyone seeking to visit Destin!

Beautiful Unit!
We highly recommend staying in Beach House 102C or any other properties managed by Radiant. David was wonderful to work with and very personable. He went above and beyond. The condo was exceptionally clean and the layout in the kitchen was beautiful with lots of counter space. Staying on a ground floor is a must with young children - so easy in and out. Steps from the pool but not too close and the view of the beach is unobstructed. We could not have been more pleased with 102C. We look forward to renting it again!

Fall Break
Beach House 102C is amazing. This condo is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful decor and it was pristine. The kitchen had everything you can think of and more. The condo was very spacious. The convenience of the room from the parking lot was perfect. Both the pool and the beach entrances were literally 10-15 steps away from the porch. I can not begin to thank the manager, David, enough for everything. Within 5 minuets after booking this room, David contacted me personally to let me know about some construction that would be going on during our stay. He provided his cell phone number in case we had any questions or concerns which was very comforting to actually have this on hand if we needed anything. We will be back!
