Very Clean!
Loved the condo! It was upgraded and had a wonderful balcony. Extremely clean which is always a concern. The pool was great and an easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Had a few problems but David of Radiant Properties was very quick to respond to our needs. They were very easy to deal with and would rent through their agency again.

Everything was so beautiful, quiet and clean!! I always got a quick response from manager! The 2 bed 2 bed bath with living room pull out was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was very accommodating. I will definitely be booking again!
Excellent time!
We had an excellent time at the Ariel Dunes II. We were in town for a music event and the venue was right outside our door and the beach was close too! Great apartment and amenities made for an easy and comfortable stay!
Great stay!
This unit was great. Very clean when we got there and check-in was a breeze with just a door code. Stayed here with my husband and 4 boys ages 14, 12, 6 & 1. Enough space for all of us and the balcony was amazing. It was extra deep so we felt very safe having the kids out there as well. Great view of pool and sunsets. Thanks for a great stay!
Stunning
My wife and I stayed here in March, it was our first trip to Miramar Beach. The condo was fantastic. It was very clean, cozy, fantastic view from the oversized balcony, and very well appointed. What was also great was that it is a three minute walk to the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. Because we were so impressed with this condo and the scenic 98 area, we are already booking another stay here.
Simply Amazing!
My daughter and I stayed at this condo and we will definitely be back. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The balcony was huge, and I enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean, and the sunsets were breathtaking!

Spring Break
Our stay here during our kids spring break was fantastic. Radiant was by far the easiest vacay rental company we have ever used and we have been through a lot of them. They are quick to respond and checking in early was no problem on our date. The place was very clean and well kept. Everything we needed was there! The location and getting in and out of the condo was quick to everything. We would definitely stay here again and will look to use Radiant in the future.
